Support benchmark
One identical question, put to every host through pre-sales chat on the same day. Timed, scored, and checked for whether they answered honestly.

Why this matters
Support quality is the thing every hosting review asserts and none of them measures. "24/7 expert support" is on every website in the industry.
So we ask all of them the same question at the same time and record what happens. The question is deliberately one a real buyer would ask, and one part of it — the renewal price — has a verifiably correct answer. That turns a vague impression into a test a host can pass or fail.
How we collected it
The question, asked verbatim every round: "I run a small business site in India. Which of your plans suits about 10,000 visits a month, is the data centre in India, and what will this cost me on renewal?"
Three checkable parts: plan recommendation, data centre location, renewal price. We log time to first human reply, time to a complete answer, how many of the three parts were actually addressed, and a quality judgement from 1 to 5 which is ours and therefore the softest number on this page — treat the timings and the parts-answered count as the hard data.
Transcripts are kept and the notable ones get published in full, host named, with timestamps.
